At Bhakti SF, we offer a variety of physical yoga practices, including Vinyasa, Kundalini, and other movement-based classes designed to build strength, balance, flexibility, and inner calm. While yoga supports physical well-being, its roots go far deeper than exercise alone. Traditionally, yoga is a spiritual practice — a path of self-discovery, mindfulness, devotion, and connection with the self and the Divine. Through movement, breathwork, meditation, and community, we aim to create a space where students can experience yoga in a more complete and meaningful way.
